What Is hybrid baseball/ softball training and why is it superior

Hybrid Baseball Training is an all year long training program that combines pertinent baseball skill classes, with a physics based approach to building strength, speed, and power in the weight room. By combining our elite baseball training program and our proven athlete development methods in one package, we are able to create well rounded athletes ready to compete at any level.  

This program is designed to accommodate the serious athlete with the desire to ascend to the next level. Due to the self and convenient scheduling of the program it affords the multi – sport athlete the time to train during the busy times of the year.

athletes choose which class they would like to attend via our app, and based on preference/ time convenience.

Hybrid baseball/ softball includes hour long group classes in

  • HITTING PROGRESSION
  • FIELDING
  • THROWING/ ARM CARE
  • PITCHING/CATCHING
  • INTRO TO STRENGTH (9-13)
  • GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING (14+)

THE PROGRAM

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

This training program is based off of a monthly recurring membership which includes an UNLIMITED amount of training sessions per week. These sessions are all 1 hour in length.

SELF SCHEDULING CLASSES

Each class is self scheduling via our scheduling software or our convenient app (available in the app store). All classes must be scheduled in advance to avoid overbooked classes. IF YOU NEED HELP SCHEDULING SEE BELOW!
