Hybrid Training

all year long training program Combining pertinent Lacrosse skills classes with strength, speed and agility sessions. Atlantic Sports performance is offering Hybrid lacrosse Training Memberships for the 12 through 18 age athlete. The Membership constitutes classes in 

  • shooting skills – power/ accuracy

  • stick handling

  • dodging – footwork

Fused with group strength classes (AGES 14+) or Intro To strength/ Speed/ Agility (Ages 12-13). the premise is to build a better athlete/ lacrosse player in perfect synergy!

Class Schedule

(all classes must be scheduled through our app)

3-5 PM – Lacrosse Skills Classes (Each Class Is 1 Hour)

3-9 PM – Group Strength Training 14+ (Each Class Is 1 Hour)

4-8 PM – Intro To Strength Training 12-13 (Each Class Is 1 Hour)

3-6 PM – Group Strength Training 14+ (Each Class Is 1 Hour)

players to choose what classes, days, and times they wish to participate in. all classes are scheduled by the player via our online scheduling system. multi-days and times are available with plenty of hours to train at your convenience. you may attend as many classes as you would like.

the weight room is available a wide spectrum of times per week. you may self – schedule the recommended three.
