UNLIMITED MONTHLY TRAINING

Our unlimited monthly membership allows the athletes to train 4-5x days per week for their sport at another one of our convenient class times. This allows for the busy athlete the ability to never miss a training session.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

ASP programming is derived from a method used for decades, by OLYMPIANS, NATIONAL CHAMPIONS, AND PROFFESSIONAL ATHLETES; proven to produce dramatic increases in speed, strength, and power.

SKILLS TARGETING

Each class constitutes skills training in STICK HANDLING, POWER/ ACCURACY SHOOTING, DODGING FOOTWORK; Paired with Group Strength Training (ages 13+) or Intro To Strength Training (ages 9-12).

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Each training session is staffed with a certified strength and conditoning specialist or coach, with years of experience, that have trained countless athletes from youth to proffessional.

THE PROGRAM

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

This training program is based off of a monthly recurring membership which includes an UNLIMITED amount of training sessions per week. These sessions are all 1 hour in length.

SELF SCHEDULING CLASSES

Each class is self scheduling via our scheduling software or our convenient app (available in the app store). All classes must be scheduled in advance to avoid overbooked classes.
