– SCIENCE Based ARM STRENGTH/VELOCITY + RECOVERY Routines
– Hybrid Classes are 1 Hour Focused on EITHER Fielding, Hitting, Pitching + Catching, or Speed + Strength
– Hitting & Fielding Progressive Regimentation
Hybrid Baseball Training: is simplified as hour-long instructional classes based on quality repetitions through drills and game IQ situations. Each Mariner can attend 2 hours of baseball + 1 hour of speed and strength Each DAY Monday-Thursday.
OUR Classes Include – FULL-SIZED fielding, hitting, pitching, catching, strength + speed & agility sessions.Â
The premise is to build a better athlete/ baseball player in perfect synergy as well as prepare for the upcoming season.
This is a cutting-edge concept in training and ultra-convenient for busy athletes. Weekly Baseball Skill Classes are self-scheduling via an online scheduling system. This is to be concerted with Group Strength Training Sessions which are also self-scheduling with a wide spectrum of weight room time availability.
Players are to weight train AT LEAST three days per week with programs designed and supervised by Certified Strength Coaches.
Teams will practice separately on one weekend day. Practices are 90 minutes in duration. In-season practices will depend on schedules.
November – April:Â Hybrid Baseball Training memberships begin, which is included for all Mariner Players. At this time, players will be able to self-schedule baseball skills classes as well as strength, speed, and agility. Players are encouraged to attend as often as possible.
January 1st: Team-focused weekend practices commence. Sessions are 90 minutes in duration. Team practices typically end in April, depending on the coach.
June thru August: Teams will regroup and practice outdoors once high school baseball has concluded. The team may also play in exhibition games against other teams to prepare for tournaments. Teams will compete in 6 – 8 elite tournaments (depending on age). Majority of tournaments will be as local as possible.Â
